Don't know about when (that's why I was searching, myself) but the reason why some of you aren't coughing up black shit is...(drumroll)....
YOU HAVEN'T QUIT SMOKING.
You only have a chance to cough up the really nasty tar when you've quit for a while.
Half cig-tar, half weed-tar, in my case.
