Sammie here....coffee-clatching and visiting with my great Aunt Sophie! As we sat here this morning, dunkin´ donuts, and clearly not avoiding ruining our lacey white gloves we got on the subject of dating and all the lonely hearts running around on the internet . Unfortunately, we tend to think that there are lots of lovelorn people visiting GLP, and we´d like to help.

HEY!! We know you´re out there! Come on in and sit a spell...kick off your shoes and let´s talk! Aunt Sophie won´t bite...she just growls loudly.

So anyway...we were just chatting and wondering..."What about all those dating services? Are they any good? And what about the statistics of finding just the right person for you? Are you down to your last bit of hope of ever finding a serious romance or even a suitable date...you know, the gal WITHOUT the hairy Big Feet, or the guy with something between his ears besides his big nose? Are there nothing but jerks and biotches "out there"?", we asked ourselves!

Well, Sammie and Aunt Sophie are here to narrow the field down and shed some light on the subject.

Don´t believe us? Well consider this: Look how many people visit this forum on a daily basis! At least FIVE! Geesh! That´s five more possible suitors than you had this morning, right? But you don´t know if the people who are hiding behind their AC´s are any less truthful than those hiding behind their REAL fake ID´s, do you? Uh....sorry, neither does Sammie or Aunt Sophie!

But that´s beside the point!

Come on....give us a try! Don´t give up! What does Sammie or Aunt Sophie know about dating and matchmaking you ask? Do THEY have good and satisfying relationships? Nuh uh...this isn´t about us, it´s about YOU! ((Whew...got out of THAT one!))
