[ link to previous.presstv.ir] A British analyst Peter Eyre thinks of NATO's new alliance wide ballistic missile defense system is as not only a deeply flawed but also as a hidden agenda.
Middle East consultant and columnist Peter Eyre said: “When the missile defence system was first planned Russia became aware that the true intention was for it to be used as a defence mechanism against Russia”.
“The US however played this down and stated that it was to act as a defence against any possible Iranian attack, which as we all know was not the case,” he told an Iranian news agency.
The regular columnist for the Palestine Telegraph said: “There is no threat from Iran and never has been so it is very clear that the 'Cold War' continues and that the Russians were correct in their original understanding,”
Eyre said NATO was now the military power for the 'New World Order', which acted beyond its first priority of defending the US and England in order for them to become “truly global with the US at the helm and with geo-politics at its centre.”
“The purpose of the New World Order is to take control, where possible, of the world's natural resources, their markets and transit corridors,” he said. |
