It's odd that after 42 pages no-one has mentioned what started this latest tiff off.
The South was doing a naval drill off the coast of this border island.
Having their navy so close is like poking the bear with a stick.
Kinda like Iran holding a naval exercise 2 miles off the coast of Israel,someone is going to get shot at.
