Cheap labor for what???
In a few years, no one is going to be needing or wanting cheap crap.
Everything is going to be local or expensive and high quality... this includes human service as well. :)
The age of shipping goods all the way around the world, using unnecessary resources, just because one person can live on $2 a day and another person has to live on $70 are coming to a close!

China slowly evolves into a consumer nation based on debt like the US was. Brazil, Argentina Venezuala and Chile are the manufacturing heads in the new economic loop. See the pattern?
