That makes NO logical sense. If eugenics is for the biological IMPROVEMENT of the gene pool (according to the definition), then it seems that they are targeting the WRONG population for sterilization.

Who flies ? - usually NOT the "non-productive eaters", the uneducated, the very poor, or the chronically ill, or the severely retarded. So why target the "cream of the crop" ?
