Military Humvees in Central PA?
So, I was outside on my porch today and saw 3 military Humvees complete with armed soldiers going down the road today. Is this normal? Anyone have any idea what they were doing? I live out of the way, so to speak and have no idea why they'd be on some back road in Pennsylvania.

i used to camp in Rausch Gap on the AT outside Lebanon and this was common there - National Guard training/artillery range

near there?

One of the largest bases in the nation is off of 611.
