Over the last year I have been trying to add 25 customer service reps to work our phone lines $12 to $15 an hr . to start, with full benefits. If you are any good , you would be making $20 to $ 25 in a few years .
I first tried to get unemployed family members and close friends to come in and interview , no luck . they all told me
they can make more on unemployment.
Its thanksgiving
Two of them are about to site down for dinner at my house.
They are still unemployed , benefits are running out .
they have no medical insurance.
Whats wrong with this system !!!
Quoting: BigboatI have this problem every year at harvest time on my farm. Everyone complains they cant find work, offer them a Temp job (5 weeks) and they are not intrested. I work 17 hours a day during the growing season, and still manage to pick up side jobs and Im Retired, 20 years USMC. Someone offers me work and I do it, regardless of what it pays. If I have free time, Im making money.
