So is it a good idea to limit what we eat if our goal is to perceive X? And since perceptions are physical, is food even a factor in perceiving X?
Quoting: Unit3 It seems, according to the rules of the game, that if you state as a goal that you want to perceive X (I'm not sure what this is), then you are affirming that currently, you can't perceive X, which reinforces not perceiving it. Technically, it is all around you so you can currently begin to see clues and signs of it that lead you to perceiving it. Whatever it means to you, just notice everything you see, feel, hear, perceive that would be a characteristic of X (its meaning to you) so that it becomes a stronger part of yourself. For food, you could use it by finding something exotic that is supposed to add value to yourself in some way that increases your ability to do what you desire. Food is a tool like anything else.
