Intriguing. I see the one in the lower red box clearly. It looks like Abu Simbel in upper (souther) Egypt. Looks like he's wearing the, what I like to call, bowling pin head adornment, and the long, thin, braided beard that comes straight down from his chin. And like you said, the smoothness of either side of the rock cavity in which he was carved. Very interesting. Great find. 5*s.

Ahhh... get your dimensions right. You could sit on that ledge like a bench. If I go out and take a picture of the street in front of my house, I'm sure I could find some random 3" "carvings" in the pattern of asphalt.

Well, I see the box. I just don't see anything in it! I see rock and a shadow. Where is the statue supposed to be? Like an actual outline, not just a box.

I think they are from a polar region... and read something about a 'melting polar region' in the photo description or somewhere on their site.
