if sites can be & have been seized - why hasnt wikileaks been seized?


I believe the sites were based in the US.

I believe the wiki site is not based in the US, so there are issues doing it legally.

pirate bay & others werent hosted in the usa


the pirate bay is still up. The only sites that were seized, were those that were hosted in the US by US companies. The US gov't has no authority requesting ICANN to change DNS information for sites not hosted in the US.
