If everybody is also in constant need of health care then real question is WHY? Figure out the why and deal with it and need the for constant health care goes away. Of course shit is going to happen (chopped up finger, car wreck, etc) and at some point everybody will need to be treated for something but to be treated all the time for something means that there is a deeper issue that needs to be resolved.
If you are implying that people go to the doctor or ER for frivolous reasons, if free or whatever, then you are wrong. They dont....

My point was WHY are people in need of constant health care? Always being sick is not the way humans were intended to exist. What is making them sick? Is it the crap in their food or their unhealthy lifestyle choices or what? You need to get to the root of what is causing so many people to be in constant need of health care since chronic illness its not the natural state of being.
