If everybody is also in constant need of health care then real question is WHY? Figure out the why and deal with it and need the for constant health care goes away. Of course shit is going to happen (chopped up finger, car wreck, etc) and at some point everybody will need to be treated for something but to be treated all the time for something means that there is a deeper issue that needs to be resolved.

Your statement is incoherent. Freeloaders, mainly illegal aliens which are the worst type of freeloaders, DO go to the ER for bullshit reasons because they know by law the ER has to treat them. That law needs to change.
