OP, your symptoms were coughing and sneezing hurt your chest and your nose is running. Those are my EXACT symptoms and when I lean to the left or right or bend over, the center of my chest hurts. If I take my palms and press them together, I can barely do it because it hurts the center of my chest so bad.

What was your diagnosis...? I hope you see this and reply. I'm on my 4th day and contemplating seeing a doctor next week if I don't feel better. This is 'weird'... never felt like this before.
