ha ha ..yea yea typical sarcastic GLP crowd, but seriously, does anyone know what this book is? and its not Roots dammit!! which is, by the way, the worst movie EVER!!!!

Lately I've been wondering if high school reading curriculums include genuine future forecasting written by authors from military intelligence like Orwell's 1984 and Burgess' A Clockwork Orange.

Now that the future in these latter two books has already come to pass there's probably little point in reading them, and the audience they were meant to inform never really existed anyway.

So what's in store for the future?

I see Orson Scott Card's "Ender's Game" is on the list
