I need help from software guys / musicians

I am looking for quickest way to create youtube videos for my music. I need some free software that creates generic graphics I could use for videos.
There was a free piece of software someone posted here at GLP a couple of month and it could do the trick.

But I can't remember the name of it!!! It was based on some coordinate systems as far as I can remember and generated wonderful moving images.
