Alexandra Steele fired from The Weather Channel. Filing suit?

I found Alexandra Steele incredibly attractive! Although towards the end of her WC tenure she was dressing very conservatively. I don't watch the WC at all since she left.

I am so sad that Alexandra is gone. She was so professional and I thought she was an extremely good weather woman. She always was very
enthusiastic about reporting the weather. I was looking for her for so
long to come on again but now hearing this,it makes me really question
what the weather channel is all about.I may just start watching my local
tv instead.

Dave Schwartz got let go due to drinking problems...I believe....I read it somewhere...he used to walk right up to the camera and back again...made me very dizzy to watch! I thought Alexandra Steele had left because she had a baby but I guess I was wrong.

This trend has been going on for some time now at TWC. I hate to say it, but it is all about as*..they are bringing in new chicks for their looks hoping that will boost ratings..that is all this is about...its a shame but that is TV for you..we live in a shallow society

Apparently you haven't watched the TWC very often. Heidi Cullen was on the forefront of climate research and and made the offhand comment that meteorologists should be required to take at least one climatology course, so they could at least make intelligent comments about it. Currently meteorology students are not required to. The director, who was anti-AWG, fired her and she' back to doing research.

Algore is another problem. The scuzzball was part of the worst republican administration since Hoover. That's why democrats dumped all their representatives in the District of Criminals to set up the republicans and their wet-dreams of NAFTA and GATT jobjacking and union busting to produce a country of slaves. Gore has no credibility at all and having represent AGW was a scam to CAUSE people to question the science. The diversions by the corporate owned skeptics simply keep people from taking any action while scumbags like Gore make a fortune on privatizing the atmosphere. What sort of idiot will actually believe that a politician is telling the truth? But telling the truth badly and getting ready to line his pockets can make certain that TPTB can make as much money as possible while screwing society and the planet at the same time.

Alexandra Steele and Kelly Cass were great weather gals in the Newburgh and Albany, NY, areas a long time ago and deserved to go on to Atlanta. Are both of them being moved out, now that the Weather Channel has become a drama channel?

Is Alexandra Steele anorexic? She kept getting thinner and browner--I don't miss her one bit. BUT, I do miss Nicole Mitchell and Betty Dave.

I never cared for her... The TWC really cleaned house.. wow! I Wish they would dump Cantore... I think he's just full of himself.

I think the weather channel has gone to pot. Alexandra Steele, Marnie Steiner, and Heather Teasch, and many others did a wonderful job keeping us in touch with the weather. These new reality weather programs just scare everyone and do not keep us up to date with our own weather. The new people from the network TV don't give the wide intellectual presentations that Heather and her co host did; and others. Heather's co-host is gone too! I know we are supposed to accept change, but change just for changes sake is a losing presentation. Lets go back to the days of local weather and real professional presentations. We are all losers the way it is going.

What about Vivian Brown????? SHE has been there the longest, but I know, she is BLACK?????????

Alexandra Steele had a harsh style for an on-air woman. Never my favorite. TWC reached its peak and now viewers have grown tired of 24 hour weather. Lost viewers, lost advertising dollars. Blame the on-air personalities. Certainly can't blame the concept or the business model; THAT would never do.

Since Tesch and Seese left the morning slot with the latter's forced retirement, I don't watch much. Why in the world did they hire Al Roker? His on-air presence is horrible. I thinks their decision for the morning slot has accelerated their ratings decline.

Cantore connects well with the audience. People like him. If they're stupid enough to let him go, they should just turn off the lights and lock the doors.

please let Jim Cantore still be there when I turn on the TWC today......

Why does Stephanie Abrams always wear those heavy smock looking tops. She hides the goodness. She wears one very freakin day.

With Alexandra, one could easily ascertain the ambient temperature.

wow i can't believe that i loved her i think she is great. how can they just dump her like that, what goes around comes around,you reap what you sow,they will suffer the consequences.keep your head up alexandria this is just a door for a better oppurtunity!
