Wow.

What's ironic is that Vitamin D is actually a lot better at preventing flu and fixing a lot of health problems associated with vitamin D deficiency. Instead, you face a lot of risk associated with flu shot which may or may not prevent flu at all. Yet, government demands a lot more studies on the safety of vitamin D at higher dose which is like 1/4th of the amount we get from the sun when sun bathing during the summer.

The daily recommended amount won't do much to prevent flu. Too low... ever notice why we only get flu during the winter and never during the summer?

If he's a doctor, shouldn't he already know whats in a vaccine?
