Was John Lennon's murderer Mark Chapman a CIA hitman? Thirty years on, there's an extraordinary new theory
For many baby-boomers whose formative years coincided with the Swinging Sixties, a mild Monday in early December 1980 will always be remembered as the day the music died.

In New York, the enigmatic, charismatic - and frankly often loony - ex-Beatle John Lennon staggered into the entrance hall of the Dakota, the exclusive parkside mansion block that had been his home for nearly eight years.

The cassettes of a new song the 40-year-old had just recorded, called Walking On Thin Ice, clattered to the floor as he collapsed - blood flowing from four gunshot wounds.

I left the Hot Tuna concert last night at around midnight. I always drive by the Dakota apartment on my way through Central Park.
Usually its quiet at the front gate where John was shot.
Last night there was no doorman, and the front gate was closing off the alleyway.
I had to stop for the red light, and was very disturbed when I saw a stretch limo parked in front.
The people were like clelbrating, and one grey haired asshole was mugging for a camera. I saw one of these people actually push open the front gate.
It was real quiet, except for these assholes disturbing John's spirit.
I wonder who they were.

One theory is how was this unemployed schmo able to fly all over the world for years and spend time in some unusual place, like Beirut, which happened to be a CIA training ground. Read the article!

Did you know that the kid that tried to murder Ronald Reagan was a close friend of the Bush family?

His dad was one of Bush's biggest campaign contributors.

HINCKLEY AND BUSH FAMILIES WERE CLOSE FRIENDS

It's funny how that never seemed to catch the attention of the watchdog press.

It's not new theory. This had been kicked around since basically day one, considering who is father is and his connections with Bush Sr.

I'll give you a new theory...

John was about to blow the lid off Paul's little secret and it couldn't be allowed. For the secret is so big and earth-changing that it would change the world as we know it...forever.

Suck on that one.

Wikileaks will info on anything that helps furthering the zionist agenda. If there is something about Lennon that fits that, then wikileaks will publish it, as simple as that...

The Paul/Faul story is very creative and interesting. Not by any means "world changing" for today. Maybe in the 60's, but nothing more than a bunch of dinner table gossip for today.

Find it difficult to believe Lennon had any measure of privacy living in NYC, and that anything could come out of the blue and catch his neighbors by surprise there. The whole thing stinks like the county landfill in August.

who cares if the CIA kills people they disagree with? so every time someone is murdered as a result of a government conspiracy I guess from now on I'll just say "who cares?" after reading your brilliant and poignant post.

The fact Lennon was unproductive and addicted to heroin indicates he was unhappy and stewing about something. The pop music industry, like television and movies, is closely tied to national intelligence agencies and functions to control culture and direct popular opinion - Lennon would have been giving this a lot of thought over the years. He was loose cannon about to fire at those who had "made him" in my opinion.

More likely it was a hit by British intelligence and the Jewish mafia. The CIA is just a junior partner to these other two primary organizations.

massive substance use as John had does seem to imply something...

it seems interesting that both he and bob dylan supposedly sold their souls for fame int he early 60s and bob dropped out in 1979 and found safety in Jesus Christ but John stuck to his guns and was taken out, much as the supposed contract w the devil dictates, 20 years later...

here's dylan talking about it:

John supposedly told friends he had made a similar bargain...

there are many examples of people finding safety through Jesus Christ... spiritual laws in effect...

Many of these families give their children up to MK Ultra. Particularly the military folks. I would say yes, John Lennon was reaching the consciousness of the people. Like he said, our world in run by insane people.

Simply put, They can travel in time. People like Lennon, Koresh are the two that come to mind. They were going to become a threat to them some how.
