Do they work for the FDA certifying x-ray machines?

I am not going to tell you to post your thoughts about the TSA or not to post your thoughts about the TSA.

And nobody knows for certain whether this so called DHS Directive is a hoax.

Nonetheless, consider it REAL!!!!!!!!!

If you choose to post something about the TSA and you feel that Ron Paul's Passenger Dignity Act would help remedy your complaints, then somewhere in your post or reply, ask your readers to support Ron Paul's Passenger Dignity Act.

If the DHS investigates you because you are a Domestic Extremist, then you have recourse under the law.

If the DHS is labeling people who are urging support for a bill in congress, they will be shooting themselves in the foot and you will have legal standing in a recourse against the DHS.

The most important thing that anyone should know about the DHS memo is that the term DOMESTIC EXTREMIST is NOT in any dictionary. That is, the DHS (if the directive is real) made the whole thing up!

There is no definition in any legal dictionary or in any law of the term Domestic Extemist. It means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!

There is no historical record for such a term and there is no justification for anyone to be the subject of a DHS investigation (phones tapped and such) because they were a domestic extremist (even if such thing does exist).

In other words, if the directive is read (and I will act that it is until I am informed otherwise) the DHS is making up a law that doesn't exist, and then, taking legal action without the concurrence of a court of law based on a legal premise that does not exist.

This was one of the staple tactics in Nazi Germany.

I urge all of you to call your congressional representative and urge them to support and/or co-sponsor Ron Paul's Passenger Dignity Act.
