We have known since the 50s that gravity bends light by observing the apparent change of position of stars near the sun during an eclipse. The sun's gravity bent the light from the stars making them appear to have moved. Light and space/time are inseparable. If you bend one, you bend the other. If you can bend it you can compress it. Therefore, our scientists have known since the 50s that gravity can compress space. And unless those scientests were a lot dumber than I am, they also knew that effective, faster-than-light travel is possible if you can generate a strong gravity field. A hundred years ago nobody would have believed that we could create lighting. Today we can easily create lighting. If our government didn’t confiscate thousands of patents a year under the name of national security, we would already have the gravity machine in public domain....

Either could be true or false. We first need to identify and measure the specific forces of gravity and understand how it works, recreate it and control it in labs.

Only then, when we understand it can we say where and how.

I can't say for sure yet. Nor do I fully understand the question.

But frequency requires time as measured to understand as a human.

Frequency out of time is simply an act of attempt to balance between the antipoles of the 8. As in, every frequency is the same out of time, it just exists as both matter and antimatter interacting towards a balance.

btw, both matter and antimatter exist together always. They can not be seperated from its counterpart. BUT, its counter part does not need to be spacial present, it could be billions of light years away but they still interact as if no distance is between them.

The TR-3B is old technology. Really old technology. Over 2000 year old technology. There are ancient Indian texts written in sanskrit that have been found that have schematics, blueprints, construction guides even flight manuals for Vimanas powered by mercury plasma engines. The government just took the old designs and modernized them.
