This assumes the Internet can be filtered without a kill switch. It can't, and there is still sneakernet. if they kill the Internet, they take down ALL BANKING AND FINANCE. It all runs carrier on the same Internet. They can't kill switch shit, all your FUD is nonsense. If they did, when it came up: boom. Off goes the Insurance file. They put themselves into this hole
