I don't expect any religious persons to be able to contribute to this therad, sorry, in most cases you are not capable of reason, let alone philosophy, sadly just preatching words, the meaning of combinations of which often escape you... (or prove me wrong?)

Please, allow me to cite myself from the past: "Now, that my body and I are nearly separate, me can not see, how is it possible that there are more first persons, other then me. I must be one and broken into peaces, that landed where the mind resides."

Amazing. Simply amazing. We are all one. But the question remains what happens when we die?

No one is god.

Why must you idiots construct a 'better-than' type of being to worship? Why can you not be satisfied with the wonders that the universe naturally provides in such stunning and awe-inspiring presentations?

remember...

"I" am the light and the way.

"I" as in you.

the rest is easy.
~you are love
~the key...it's almost time.

!poke the bulge!

~here is my hand...it can be closed like a fist...or open to hold...yet it is still my hand.
~Today is cancelled...due to lack of interest.
~Without order nothing exists. Without chaos nothing evolves.

one day in the far away future, order will submit to chaos and the entire illusion will vanish."

Re: How many of you didn't belive in god, until you understood YOU AM GOD?
I've always WANTED to believe in God (raised Catholic) but never honestly felt the connection to a "greater being" or "higher power" especially one that seemed to ego-driven and cruel. Now that I have experienced the first glimpses of my true self, I know God exists, in around and through me and everything else in this "world" as the creative and energizing force in between.

simple truth.

If you have a crystal of sugar, it is one. When it melts in tea, there is no more crystal,... but the tea is sweater. And if you let the tea evaporate, crytsals will form... Now crytals? Yes. From same sugar? Yes.

Our sense of self is just a crystal of existance.

That's what I feel too. But how can you prove it? That's the only thing I can think.of...

I wont nitpick much on the spelling, I'm sure English isnt your first language, and it certainly much better than my Lithuanian. I really like the sugar analogy here. I still, however, cannot perceive myself as "God", at least not the whole thing, but I can envision myself as an aspect of God, a piece of the whole being, but certainly no more the whole being than my fingernail is the whole me. If the entire being of God were an orchestra, each of us would be an instrument, each playing their tune. There may be 4 violins, but each sounds just a little different. In this fashion we create the Grand Symphony.

Of course, back to the sugar analogy, not all of us is put into the tea. Immagine that we are a sugar bowl, and that only a spoonful is added to the tea. The rest sits in the bowl, watching, awaiting the time the water evaporates, and it is reunited with its missing spoonful of sugar.

At least those are my thoughts/understandings.

I was exactly the same, always wanted to believe, but never truly did until I witnessed things for myself. Now, noone can get me to doubt what I know, on the other hand, I cant really push my knowledge onto anyone else. I can share it, but I can never prove it.

First of all, thank you for being tolerant for my second thoung. That being said:
True, nor can I envision myself as a whole. It may be, ether:
1) We think of god as inteligence, therefore feeling our limits of thinking we sort of hit the roof. (It may very well be that intellignce is only one of many forms, that can interact with instance of "self") - (puhsing th bounderies here, can feel the "burnt electronics" smell of the lack of my own understanding)
2) With he simulated loss of brain logic but not brain activity, first person starts percieving everything, that leads to questioning the oposite of nothing. Is it united evryting as per "white light", or is it divided verything as per 1500 mg of lysergic acid diathilamide.
3) Things we are still too stupid to grasp.

If the entire being of God were an orchestra, each of us would be an instrument, each playing their tune. There may be 4 violins, but each sounds just a little different. In this fashion we create the Grand Symphony.
