My unemployment extension ran out at 46 weeks (total between initial claim and extension). I asked if benefits were extended, would I have to reapply or would a form be sent out, and was notified that all benefits were exhausted, and even if an extension was passed, that anyone in this state that has exhausted the 46 weeks would not, and could not, be extended under ANY circumstances. There are NO 99 weeks here, there aren't even any 47 weeks here.

If they did pass a 13 month extension, it would be absolutely worthless here.
