90 to 100F near the Tropic of Capricorn line!
So the entire planet has moved up,

will be the coldest winter ever...

Just move the planet up,
then you would see...

North pole is moving about 40 miles per year towards Russia so around 2040 America will be split northern and southern hemisphere that is unless the pole begins to shift in another direction

That's MAGNETIC north, not physical north. The equator has not "shifted down to capricorn."
