Because it would perpetuate the stereotype that Muslims are terrorists:

like Mohamed Mohamud, who "tried" to blow up a Portland, Oregon Christmas tree lighting ceremony in November by using phony explosives the FBI gave him.

Or the four "homegrown Muslim terrorists" arrested in the Bronx last year after their "plot" to blow up synagogues in the Bronx was "thwarted"...by undercover FBI agents.

Antonio Martinez, also known as Muhammad Hussain, attempted to detonate what he believed to be a vehicle bomb at the Armed Forces Career Center in Baltimore's National Pike. The bomb, supplied by an undercover FBI agent, was a fake.
"There was no actual danger to the public as the explosives were inert and the suspect had been carefully monitored by law enforcement for months," the U.S. Attorney's Office said in a statement.

Joe Flacco needs to "throw" more "bombs" to Anquan Boldin for sure. Joe only terrorizes Baltimoreans when he allows Polamalu to strip the ball from him.

Why do the FBI agents "enable" these guys, and even let them carry out the plan, even though they know the bombs are fake? Wassup?
