I read part of the bill. It's not bad, it's really to keep the smart illegal aliens in the country. We have so many dumb asses in Amerika they need to be offset. I bet it also encompasses Irish illegals, German, Italian, and British as well. Not a horrible bill really, when you think about it. Illegals that are good productive citizens can stay.
