Author of the pics "If you look at the lower image of the sun you can see the clouds in front of it while the sun is apparently right at the cloud bank break. I have no explanation other than the lower image is a reflection of the sun on the clouds themselves. I'm a retired professional photographer so I know it's not camera flare, flare doesn't usually come up round or with clouds in front of it. I have the original image, this one was color corrected using Adobe but nothing was added or deleted. " Maybe this phenomenon is occurring due to the amount of aluminum being sprayed in the atmosphere? lol |
