A Baton Rouge news aired it and the video is here: [link to www1.nbc33tv.com] It's weird 'cause I've seen two different versions of the same video today. On the first version the reporter had a print of the alleged picture of the creature, and asked two local dudes about their opinions. Ain't sure but I think one of them claimed to know the person that had sent it to media. Later, when I was about to download the video, the TV channel just put an edited version, without witnesses testimony. A dude in the comments session of the website, posted a link to a hi-res image of the creature shown in the news. And guess what?? The dates of the image in this link and the image aired by the news, are different. This guy said that he saw a couple of versions of this picture with different dates and different places where it was supposedly caught. IMAGE ( [link to img828.imageshack.us] ) And the grand finale is a fricking game logo in the left-down corner of the picture, that was NOT shown on TV... Conclusion: CGI JOB! HOAX. Case closed! ![]() The "game" logo is actually the logo of Wildgame Innovations, a hunting supplies company. It obviously is a crop from the same picture since they only changed the date and forgot to change the time. Good work. 7 Billion people on the planet! That's a BIG number! And I am one. |

I didn't know this supply company and I assumed that it was a PC game developer. So that the logic deduction would be a CGI job. But now, I'm thinking that it may NOT to be a hoax. Maybe the guy that took the picture, was using night vision devices of this company, and the logo was automatically branded in the file. Maybe the original version was posted in the internet with the correct date, and people hijacked it and faked other dates to give themselves the credit of the pic. Or maybe yet, the pic is a fricking marketing viral of the own company... Too many doubts, case re-opened. ![]() Last Edited by UndercoverAlien on 12/10/2010 02:20 PM "Do or do not. There is no try." I assume that their cameras automatically watermark the files. So, I guess this variable is out of the equation. It remains the faked dates, that may be explained by the "hijacking factor" of the original image, if the OP posted it on internet and didn't send it to TV News. "Do or do not. There is no try." In one episode of History Channel's Ancient Aliens, one of the hosts came with this theory that, ENLIL the first in command of the Anunnaki, got so pissed off with all these hybrid beasts created by ENKI, fucking around and breeding with humans, that he melted the ice cap of Earth or shifted the magnetic pole of the planet, with some HAARP like weapon, to provoke the biblical flood and drown everybody. Now the US military is playing Anunnaki... "Do or do not. There is no try." (Yoda) |

Finally after much hardship, I am working on my first full length movie. The movie is a supernatural horror movie shot "reality style" same sort of style that "Rec" or "Cloverfield" was filmed in, called, "The Stuart House Recordings" We also are the folks behind "the Louisana swamp monster" or "berwick monster" thats circulating across the internet recently. I got that from here: And there are links that work... [link to www.dailykosbeta.com] |

There were hunting forums involved as well I remember. Pretty creepy creation, keep us updated as you progress, just let us know it's fake next time. |

| Anonymous Coward User ID: 1256870 03/04/2011 03:32 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | You know there is another explanation for the differing dates, perhaps the person just actually forgot the exact date he took the picture and guessed, then remembered the correct date and posted it with the correct date under a different name so people would still believe him and not think he was trying to hoax them. |

I live in louisiana so i know that your last theory is highly unlikely. but as i said, with this aside, your other theories are very possible |

Another film industry claimed they created this thing for the movie "Super 8", but having seen the film i can say it's nowhere in the movie so if you did create it i'd like to see some proof of it. Or are you just doing what that other film industry did and use this to get famous while also debunking the possibilities of this creatures existance? |
