There has been all that foreign infighting amongst allies, that heated attack by the Australian government against the United States' policies over the Wikileaks issue, which all tied back to that other Australian presidential candidate from Wales, probably a royal descendent. (I can't remember the story exactly, this was a few days ago and it raised my interest).

I think this cerebral disconnect phase, as you put it, is very visible now and it's probably a side effect of the people in the top of the chain trying to clamp down on people's freedom and push their hidden agenda using this Wikileaks issue. While the somewhat clueless minions, such as the agency heads, senate and so on, not having the full picture (because of the Hierarchical model used, are running around panicking, not understanding what's going on, scared for their own asses as Wikileaks is about to hand a truckload of them for their goal's sake. The minions are hurdling, running, panicking before being ruined or worse, I almost feel sorry for them.

It doesn't matter that their secret's, if you believe in such, will have any impact. All of you are coward's. None of you will stand against them. One thing that still bothers me though, wistleblowers are able to get at thousands of secret government documents and make them available for the whole world to see, but Obama's personal history remains ever so tightly sealed, nothing has been mentioned, nobody can see his college records, or read through his thesis, find out which student groups he was a member of, no access what so ever.
