All kinds of weird going on. Joseph Brooks son was charged with homicide yesterday for the death of his girlfriend, Sylvie Cachay. She was a famous swimsuit designer, age 33, and was found in the hotel bathtub fully clothed with bruising and bites on her neck. Nick Brooks is 24 and checked into the hotel with her.

I find it weird because Joseph Brooks won an Oscar for his song "You Light Up My Life" and I have to wonder what kind of message is being sent with the oddities of all this.
