I'm very srry to hear of this gentlemans misfortune I will definitley pray for him and for all of us Godspeed on his recovery and return to health.Sounds like a real fighter someone w/ a spirit like that will not be kept down .

Ok... so here's what's up.

And (no big surprise considering his character) I see he's posted on this thread multiple times without revealing himself...

Here's his big ole' busted-up right foot... one month later:

"The 2nd 3rd and 4th toe are broken upward in these shots...2nd shattered.

I would say 6 fractures in the right foot and the tendon that goes over the outer toes... history.

1 fracture of left upper ankle.

Fracture right knee.

Internal Injuries in Abdomen."



Sorry that it's taken me so long to update this thread... I posted it just minutes after receiving RT's PM, & between my schedule & his not answering my friggin' emails (doped-up to the gills on painkillers... gonna have to call Dr. Drew!)



...it's taken a while.


1. Thank You, all of you that have burned-up my Inbox asking about 'The Fall Guy' and offering Prayer & other assistance... GLP has a big Heart & many truly excellent people... the (continuing) response is so very impressive & uplifting, considering most of you had no idea who it was that is injured.

2. A LOT of you have PM'd & posted asking about helping 'The Fall Guy' financially through this time... since he'd never say it, I'll say this: Like most of us, RT is a 'Regular Guy'... not a mogul posting on GLP at his leisure... while counting his stacks of bullion.

For all of us 'Regular Guys'... One month laid-up unable to work (and counting)is potentially catastrophic... and this guy's apparently got many more to come.

So now you guys know who it is... Thank you all again for the terrific response.

I recently signed up for a Pain Management class .. it sounds like you need it A LOT more than I do. :-(

Don't know if you remember me - "Woman On The Edge" I used to post here A LOT a year or so ago. I rarely post anymore but do stop by and read.

Remember This has always always always been such an even keeled kind of guy. Please give him my best.

I also had an accident last February and ended up with Titanium to support 3 of my vertebrae. It has been a long long road to recovery, still at it as matter of fact. Fact of matter is though, that things can get really really dark when you are in the middle of something like RT is going through. But please let him know that there is LIFE on the flip side of this thing. It sucks to go through it, but he will recover. He obviously has some great friends - just make sure that he doesn't feel too isolated. Being in bed for a long period of time ain't no fun.

Has anyone set up a trust/donation account somewhere for this man? That would be the logical thing to do and it would save him the embarrassment, etc. Those who wish to could just mail a check or even do a bank wire with the routing number - and presto, the cash he probably needs right now just starts showing up.

Faith and pray are wonderful things. But those of us who can are called to do much more! And that means helping in a more material way - then dig out the checkbook and thank heaven your bills are now all paid for this month. If there is something left over, then use all or part of it to help someone less fortunate.

At least that is what I was taught that money is supposed to be used for, ultimately.

Please set up an account and make sure he has full access to it, and then with his agreement, put the details (Account Name (IE: John Smith Trust Account or something similar) the bank name, routing number, account number, bank branch address together with the zip code and the telephone number and a contact at the bank (name) if we'd need one. With this info any of us across the nation could kick in 10 here and 20 there and maybe a hundred or so now and then. It all adds us and when the bills come in but the payoll doesn't - you can burn thur staggering amounts of savings before there is time to think about much!!

Why is he posing as a chick? I thought tessa was a chick. Well my good thoughts go out, I hope he make it through his troubles, as i wish for all that are having life changing problems at this time. If we all have good intentional thoughts and action, then we can change the world.

Was just up on my roof last week (2 story) hanging Christmas lights. I thought "man if I fall I would be dead" He is very lucky. I will pray for him.

Well so it was at work so is he on workers comp? And those damn toes take FOREVER to heal. The other stuff will be healed way before the toes are. Been there done that.
