Several different ways that it can be done. The easiest though is to call up a towing company that has a big enough flatdeck to hoist the hole car up onto the deck.

A rool back can break the Park locker by skidding it on the deck, they need a wheel lift Wrecker (Old style) lift the drive axle and it will freewheel.
