listened to the first 10 minutes or so and was so repulsed by the music i had to shut it off. very spooky and dark - i was eagerly awaiting more happy/light music. at any rate, the video is amazing and I am looking forward to watching again momentarily with different music. within 5 minutes of watching i got moderately severe palpulations in my heart along with pain. the affirmations are excellent! wondering if the subconscious stuff really works and where the creator of the video came up with some of those terms that i have never heard of... perhaps just my own lack of knowledge. :)
