I sent the video to a person, who is generally healthy, recovering from some traumatic experiences and health problems during his service in the Army, and he had a very strong physical reaction to it.

1. He went to sleep (he described it as 'passed out' for at least 2 hours after watching the video.

2. He woke up and felt a 'stuffy' head.

3. He threw up several times.

I think these is a healing crisis and he is in some sort of 'detox' of the three levels (emotional, mental and physical) but we will have to wait and see how he feels in the next days.
