I have watched the video for several days now. No noticable healing but then again, I don't have any serious physical problem, just aches and pains. However, I do feel incredibly positive and optimistic about the future after watching the video. I feel cleansed and "buzz" at a different level.

the manual is worth reading in sections as the other poster mentioned and also, listen to the youtube videos posted on the first page of the thread. good stuff.
