since first finding this post i've done the video a handful of times and have definitely experienced evident healing, but i have to be honest, i've also experienced a healing crisis as well, where it's a tad overwhelming and can even feel worse before it gets better

so this is definitely not something to do until you're ready

my bf has done it a couple times too and i think he had a similar violent reaction that another poster had mentioned, getting very ill. i even got a cold after doing it the first time

but strangely enough, i think that's all truly a part of the healing, as wicked as it sounds. cause for the most part i've seen and felt some amazing healing coming from this video. and the healing isn't just bodily aches and pains, but literal emotional and spiritual blockages that have been in my life for years, just sort of melting away

and i've noticed many positive changes with my bf as well, and he's aware of them too, and quite surprised

so this is hardcore stuff people, definitely use at your own risk. but it is truly impactful
