I have watched the video several times and still no healing of any sort or violent reaction but I have definitely experienced a resurgence of old memories and traumas that surfaced. they appeared, I noticed them and then released them. also dreams are wierder now.

i think this vid affects everyone differently and it is a slow process. Viewing it one or two times is not going to affect most people but over time changes will occur.
