I just watched it.
I have problems with my neck and back (both congenital and also from a car accident) nothing too severe anymore, (used to be constant pain, now just tiresome) and I could feel my neck and shoulders loosening up and 'popping' as I watched the video. I will let you know if I notice anything else interesting.
