if you just want to listen without reading, there are 2 videos on youtube where the guy says it to you and you can just watch the images

I've tried this off and on for a couple of months and I feel much worse than I did before I tried it. Sorry if the truth hurts. it has to do with INTENT are you watching it with the intent to be healed? or are you thinking "this does not work, this doesnt really work" as you watch then you are sending mixed signals to your subconscious. what is your INTENT? good point
