The second so called smoke pipe is a man's arm wearing a suit.



No, that is incorrect; You can tell it's a smoke pipe/wand that he is placing on the outside of the building because it is blowing out smoke. Fairly simple stuff...

Its a man in a suit holding onto the outside beam. His body is facing towards the building and right in the way of the smoke pouring out of the building.

All the other of the so called smoke pipes are probably people trying to use a rolled up piece of carpet that goes under desk chairs to make a snorkel to breath with, to get to fresh air away from the smoke.


And all this coming from a German who burned Jews in ovens; ok.
