My soon to be ex husband recently was fired from his job. he had worked there for years and never a complaint against him. the only thing going against him was that the owners son and my ex did not get alone. B was the only one that wouldn´t put up with the son´s bull.

Anyway one mistake and he was fired. He took it well and jumped right into finding another job (kuddo´s to him for that) anyway its been almost a month now and this guy still hasn´t paid him the unused vacation time he is owed. I was under the impression that all money´s owed to an employee had to be paid out on the last paycheck or the following one. Is this not the case? how long can this guy hold onto this money due my ex?
