You are delusional. Chinese can travel wherever they want. They can apply for and get a passport just like you and me. Apply and get a Visa for any country lust like people from other countries. Priorities? Getting all the Chinese connected IS a priority. It is the first step in development, making flows of goods and people possible!

Well, China is a big place with all kinds of climates. If you need to be up north i would stick to june-july. When going south where i live the best time would be oktober-november or april-may. mostly because the summers are really hot and humid and the winters wet and cold.

What kind of climate do these plants need to thrive ? or where are they found in China?

Oh okay. Thanks. Supposedly, it's a very popular plant in China grown in the millions each year. You didn't notice wafting powerful sweet fragrance? The flowers are also used for tea as well.
