What´s the problem at least China isn´t nuking a non-nuclear country. The USA has nukes, has used nukes and has threatened to use them again. It would be justice to get a taste of what they wish to dish out to others.

I don´t think that the U.S. will be able to afford a draft. We are looking at bankruptcy and takeover in the near future, if we do not get our "house" in order soon.
Americans are the biggest consumers of goods. If we go down financially, it will be global.
