Nukes aren't as bad as once perceived.

Nukes in fact...just might be survivable.

Ya know....this might just be a little foreshadowing.
Not for "us". But for a time when "we" might use nukes on another country.

Or even if we stand by (as in support) another country using them in their own defense.

first responders will be prepared to wade into the devastation and rescue survivors suffering from traumatic injuries, radiation sickness, shock and flash-blindness.

Riiiight, and there will be absolutely no looting, anarchy, random shooting, unspeakable violence, rioting, murders, robberies, rapes or anything. The good people of L.A. will sit quietly and sip tea, and help each other out.

a very dirty little nuke w/Chernobyl-like after effects is more easily acheivable, so the article is mere comic book drama queen posing

how can we terrorize the masses today?

Jesus Christ!!!! Why don't you just tell our enemies where to plant the fucking bombs. I live in los angeles and I never even thought about nuclear weapon placement in Studio City.

A blast there would wipe out the entire movie industry, most of the Networks including all their westcoast offices, all the studios, a large portion of the busiest freeways in the world 101, 134, 118, an even if it was small kill close to 400,000 people I am guessing.

What a fucking security leak!!! And they say julian Assange is a fucking terrorist?? These people are literally giving our enemies the blueprints to an attack.

There wouldn't happen to be someone going by the name Strangelove involved with all of this by any chance?
As his vision slowly cleared, the traveler came to the startling realization that he had been sitting by the side of the road, repeatedly hitting himself in the head with his walking staff. He had in fact been doing this for a quarter of a century.

Shaking his head at his own folly, he dusted himself off, set his gaze upon the road up the mountain and once more set off upon his journey.

GLP won't buy it, but I bet you that other people eating their McMeals at home are probably thinking that closing the door will work wonders on surviving a nuclear blast.

There's not many places in CA that I would honestly care if anybody nuked, false flag or not. In fact, there's no place in CA that I would care about. The entire state is a giant poster child for our future nanny state, let them fade away.

Re: L.A. dry run shows urban nuke attack 'a survivable event'
Surviving it may be worse than instantly dying in it.

Radiation poisoning is a terrible way to go not to mention the panic and violence in the streets.

If, however, someone is going to set off a ground nuke around there, how about we try to steer them towards the gang invested neighborhoods. Can you imagine how those guys would react to an attack in the area? Of course, they would go on a rampage and go right into the blast zone to see what they could loot or who they can kill or rape. Then they would die of radiation poisoning.

Terrorists might go for LA, but more likely DC or NY. If they did do LA, we will see how quickly the out-of-town celebs become war-hawks because they really do think the terrorists would never attack them, only the rest of us.
 Quoting: anonanon 1083008

The only people likely to nuke LA or anywhere in the US are the traitors who did 9/11, and they are in your government. Must make you feel warm and fuzzy, going to work to pay their salaries.
