The woman was sitting in a bathtub surrounded by candles at the London hotel in Los Angeles on Tuesday night when the incident happened.

Video footage shows host Kevin Hart talking to the crowd as the model sits in the bath while another woman throws rose petals into the water.

Suddenly a small flame appears behind the model's head. The flame grows quickly as her hair catches on fire.
