Terror of the Threshold

Suddenly, in the middle of the night or during meditation, you, in your search for truth, have a frightening experience. It’s called the terror of the threshold, and the word terror is apt. Striving to enter into a higher realm of consciousness — striving to enter the portal of greater love, truth, and beauty — you, all at once, in one total impression, find yourself gazing into a horrifying sight. Hi, can anyone do the background of South America? Its not my strength, Although they say Atlantean blood was in a small percentage of Native Americans.

The Asians were more developed and getting around more than is believed, they know now that ship voyages went way back, that people simply didnt just walk past the bering strait but used ships.

I'm so glad I can help :) I'm merely sharing what I received.

And also I know it will come as a surprise to some here but during my experiences I've asked help from catholics monks in a monastery close to my living place and they've been of tremendous help. They housed during 3 days while I was delirious and fighting my demons.

They didn't judged me at all, told me I wasn't the first to come see them about that. They only critic they made me is that it was mainly because I chosed to study by myself.

Later it made me read about the teachings of the saints to see how they also had that same knowledge of mysticism.

Not all things in religions are bad :)

I don't believe that the Earth will face an Ascension as a worldwide event during a short period (like the 2012 theory). That date came out of nowhere a few years ago from new-age writers to recycle what they wrote about Y2K and has been hyped way too much.

I believe this process is gradual and personal, and always existed. If there's a change, it will be on a human race's timescale or even planet's timescale, so people will only see it happened when looking back. But I do see changes around me when I stand still and look closely, like watching a flower blooming :)



About my understanding of reincarnation I don't want to spoil the fun and anyway I can't prove it (I received some form of personal confirmation but it could be wishful thinking).

It's only my opinion ;)

I think the Vatican had it's time. It's an old symbol of an old power. But I can see why it's important because it's part of our history.

I feel closer to local priests or even better communities like monks. But they still obey the authority of the Pope because traditions are very important to them.

Well... I believe (I insist on believe) we are all fragments of the divine consciousness. Like facets of the same diamond. Meaning we are all connected through eternity and only move closer or further from that reality, like angels on Jacob's ladder.

I believe when we die we don't necessarily return straight back to that Divine consciousness but there may be other 'intermediate states' depending on our development and efforts.

So we can choose (or are sent?) to continue to climb the ladder to go back to the Divine and merge with it or choose (or are sent?) to come back on Earth as the same fragment (but I'm not sure about that part that's why I said I'm not sure about reincarnation as classically viewed).

Personally I'm not afraid to lose my identity when dying but I have no clue what will happen or how it works.

It's a bit hard to explain but I just feel it's something along those lines but don't why.

Gee I have to leave you. It's 2 in the morning here and I didn't even see the time fly so quickly.
