Dunno, hunch that too, which by the way was the great talent, hunching that is, of a humble patent officer named Albert Einstein. [link to www.cyberspaceorbit.com] |

Who knows, those pics seem to be to concentrated a blast of energy, I figured a GRB would register as a wave of energy instead of concentrated projectile, if they register at all, could be undetectable to human eye....IMO
one thing I would love to know is what is the perturbing force that is causing this increase of GRBs.....
blackhole?....supernova?.....something else?
it seems as if this solar cresendo is about to peak. |

Anonymous Coward 12/8/2005 10:13 AM | | Re: Kentīs hELLacious hunch: Suncruisers = GRBs | Quote | I see, Kent. You must be talking about those nasty CCD cruisers, that are always miracleously aligned to SOHO cameras. I always appreciated the effort they (or the crew of the cruisers perhaps) put into checking the SOHO cameras and leveling themselves for human observers.
I am still missing the link - how did you connect bright objects (often) inside earth orbit to gamma ray bursts coming from center of galaxies. Could you explain it again for those less bright among us?
I spent years learning and all the time I have been rediscovering the Universal Law: "The two most abundant things in all the universe are hydrogen and stupidity". |

Not ready yet to hunch that. I downloaded all the EIT movies to watch over a few times, especially at the moment the dot appeared.
Going to zero in on the area and enlarge and look at events before and after--see if itīs solar origin or extrasolar or an artifact of some kind.
The fact that the dot is absent on some of the mil EITs is a puzzle. [link to www.cyberspaceorbit.com] |

Admittedly the quantum-heads, the Newtonians and the Probablity Theorists are always thumping each otherīs heads with blunt clubs.
They should learn to hunch.... [link to www.cyberspaceorbit.com] |

Until you realize everything you see matter, light, sound, all the way in the to the infinitely big or small is a resonant form of energy in a universe of infinite dimensions
Keep it up Kent!!!!

I see your point, but in fishermenīs flashlight is hardly a thermonuclear fusion going on...

Well, no. No from Kent or Nancy... but sometimes different angle of view and leaving common sense behind helps. |

Kent,
didnīt i read somewhere not too long ago that grbīs came from a star? or am i mistaken? and i know this will get some dissing...but...if i donīt ask, iīll never know...are grbīs considered any form of molecules? [link to www.cyberspaceorbit.com] |

 | | Re: Kentīs hELLacious hunch: Suncruisers = GRBs | Quote | Iīm starting to think differently about the GRB, more toward the intersection of universes.
Iīm thinking that there might be thin spots in what we in this 3D phase deem space/time.
We look out into the Cosmos and only see a wee fraction of whatīs happnin. Then we try to stuff everything into familiar definitions.
Think of a catfish knowing only whatīs near the surface of the pond. [link to www.cyberspaceorbit.com] |

 | | Re: Kentīs hELLacious hunch: Suncruisers = GRBs | Quote | The Genesis signal
On August 27th, 1998, an intense flash of X-rays and gamma-rays swept through our Solar System. Five spacecraft of the Third InterPlanetary gamma-ray burst Network, Ulysses, WIND, RXTE, NEAR, and BeppoSAX, recorded the high energy signal -- a signal so strong that it saturated detectors on WIND and RXTE and triggered the safety mode automatic shut-off of the NEAR gamma-ray instrument! ...the count rate for the Ulysses detector abruptly spiked to a high level and then slowly tailed off showing smaller peaks roughly every 5 seconds.
This event was so powerful it raised havoc with Einsteinīs equation [such an energy signal transmitting in all directions].
Later this was resolved by posing a disc-shaped entity with a cohesive focused beam coming right at us.
At the moment we are seeing nine outbursts targeting us in this random position at the rim of the galaxy. The probabilities are even more staggering than the thought of just tossing Einsteinīs equation and starting over from scratch...
Something is screwy with all the current models... [link to www.cyberspaceorbit.com] |
