I completely agree on the had-it-up-to-here situation with your co-workers.

Mine (of a lower socio-economic class) talk about the following:

1.) MOVIES, which they either just watched or rented and haven't watched yet, or saw the trailer of and can't wait...

2.) GAMES, which they either just traded, or are looking to trade, or got a new controller for...

3.) FOOD, like a restaurant they either just recently ate at, or plan to, or will never go to again...

That, and the sports/porn/NASCAR fractional portions, but seriously- the movies is probably ~50% of the yacking !!
