" A MAJOR part of my suggested "program" is SPELTA BREAD. Spelta is a grain all of its own unique being. It is the best fiber resource, has large amounts of B-17 (anti-carcinoma)­-it is the grain GOD gave to the planet as "manna" when you were put upon it. The Spelta is more mildly flavorful than wheat and even ones allergic to wheat will have no allergy to Spelt. It is, however, VERY EXPENSIVE for it was all but removed from the mar­ket. "

My team is using OCR software to re do them because the ones on the net are books copied on a copy machine and scanned into the computer, and thus extra large files. That format is terribly difficult to translated, the OCR word processor ones are so much easier for translators to use. the OCR versions done by Christ and team are found here:

We have high quality Spelt whole grain flour available locally. its the only flour I use for recipes calling for wheat flour. They have it available also as white flour, but I am a whole grain nut. Spelt is MILDER tasting that Whole Wheat Flour and I have made banana bread and the like to take to gatherings, and people will sometimes ask what makes the bread taste so good..... .who do not normally like whole grained flours.

Yes, this has the best flavor ever.....and always leaves us feeling totally nourished and full! :)

I'll bet I could have a business on the side, just making Spelta Bread for people!?!(It's that good!)

As you are now into the holidays recognized around your world as the "Holy Days" be ever mindful of TRUTH. You most certainly should partake of that which brings joy and remindings unto the heart for man needs wise and good traditions and joyous times of sharing and giving. This is true of all "religions", all beings. Do not think that a Christmas tree is evil--it is whatever focus YOU PLACE UPON IT. I prefer artificial trees for the whole of the ritual is usually artificial and why would you destroy a tree to please your nose--get some evergreen spray and leave the tree in its garden. That, however is up to you. But, if man is to survive--it will be because he begins to CHOOSE to leave those living oxygen machines firmly planted and nurtured into the soil of Mother Earth!

EVERY DAY IS A HOLY DAY! EVERYTHING, EVERY BEING, IS SACRED! IN THAT SACREDNESS THERE ARE NO THINGS WHICH YOU MAY

What do you ones celebrate at Christmas-time? X-mas time? Santa? Buying and getting? Singing of mindless carols? Could you not give a bit of thought unto Christ--could you not, for a refreshing change, shorten the term given to Christ-X? What have you allowed to happen to your generations? And for you ones who believe not on the “Jesus” Emmanuel as Messiah (teacher), to whom DO you have allegiance and faithfulness? Is it of the world, or is it of Divine God?
Where do you place The Creation in this time of mass-murder of your young, healthy trees of evergreen? You take their lives to bear ornaments of tinsel and gaudy strips of trash in order to “beautify” that which is beyond beauty in its perfection, and you call it “celebration”. Celebration of what? For what do you slay all those millions of trees just reaching their prime--or for the show of shows--a giant statue of a hundred years to stand on a political pot on a politician‟s lawn--under guard lest you the people touch of it! To what do you bend in worship, my chelas? What do you sell and buy at Christmas? Perfumes to seduce? Expensive gifts to seduce? Gifts which “purchase” something or another? WHAT, DEAR ONES, ARE YOU DOING? WHAT DO YOU TEACH OF YOUR CHILDREN? WHAT DO THE CHILDREN EXPECT AT CHRISTMAS? PERHAPS IT IS THEN THAT YOU SHOULD USE THE TERM X-MAS FOR „TIS A PITY TO ATTACH THE NAME OF GOD UNTO THE HYPOCRISY AND CONTRADICTION OF TERMS AND ACTIONS.

Things given in love and remembrance of shared joy and appreciation are wondrous indeed and a special time triggers the thought--but you ones have turned it into scenes of greed and gluttony of senses. I believe it is fine to leave God out of it and call it that which it has become--Satan's greatest time of celebration! A card of touching and sharing a thought is wondrous, warm and caring--a magnificent temple dedicated to lies is of less than value of the item. If the heart and pocketbook can afford of both, then it is wondrous indeed when the heart and hands give forth and blessings are unlimited upon thine gifts. But what happened to the widow's mite--the gift of that which she had, in secret, in love and in no expectations of return? Oh, how God longs for the widow's mite--or less; the desire is magnificent without the mite. Blessed are ye who walk with me for I shall bow unto you and serve you and give unto you all that God has given unto me and, dear ones, it is ALL--it is the Universe, the very light of soul and all the wondrous manifestations of Creation--won't you come and walk with me? I am your brother-----I KNOW THE WAY! I can teach you to fly as the eagles and soar as the gull; I can show you the wondrous trappings of the Cosmos and bring you among the stars--but we must ever move in the Lighted places for only in so moving can we escape the bindings of your physical shackles whether it be within your bodies of physical format or without.

When your child prays for a long list of birthday or Christmas presents, ending with ―God bless Papa--God bless Mama‖, you tell the neighbors how CUTE that prayer is and then buy everything the child wants, to uphold its belief in prayer.
IT IS NOT CUTE IT IS TRAGIC. It is helping the child build its own selfish image. It is also helping the whole world to build its own selfish, greedy image. It is helping to perpetuate this barbaric age of greed, selfishness, and fear of neighbor against neighbor.
When will parents teach their children that they must give love for love given them? Not until THEY first know that they, themselves, must not ask to be given anything without a deep desire in their hearts for REGIVING LOVE EQUALLY FOR LOVE GIVEN. Parents who know that will say to the child:
“God will give you all you desire because He loves to give, but what are you planning to regive in love to God? You want God to show His love to you by giving you the things you want, but God wants love from you. The way you can show your love to God is to love all things which God puts on earth. When you ask God to bless Papa and Mama, you can help God bless them by giving love and doing loving things for them which gives them pleasure, help or assistance, i.e., bring Papa „s slippers and/or help Mama dry the dishes, etc. That is the way you can be WORTHY of receiving all the things you ask for.”

When a mother prays to God to extend His loving protection to her son and keep him from harm in transit on stormy seas, she, herself, must extend her love equally to all other sons of all mothers of earth, and to all things of God‟s creating. It most certainly requires more than hanging a yellow ribbon bow on a tree--it requires the changing of a situation which takes the children away and places them in danger through the passage of life. Her devout prayer CAN ALONE BE ANSWERED THAT WAY.

I also wish to point out that “Christ's Birthday” was NOT IN DECEMBER, MOST ESPECIALLY THE 25TH OF--. ISAAC NEWTON WAS, HOWEVER, BORN ON THE 25TH OF DEC. AND A WORTHY EVENT TO NOTE.

The celebration of the holiday, “Christmas”, was created to coincide with the holidays of the self-styled Zionists--and deceived “Judaists”--Hanukkah. You will note that very little attention is recently ALLOWED for the celebration of Christ‟s birth as all displays in public access places are now banned--relative to that label and symbology. You are left with Satan--, oops--pardon, Santa-Clause, who represents gifts for doing nothing, bringing pain to “needy” children and spoilage to the ones who “have”-causing even parents and caretakers to enter into a deceitful LIE as to resources and origination of these “free” gifts offered from love (or need) by the actual participants. Santa represents a “free lunch” and is one of the most painful hoaxes slapped against you sleepy multitudes.

Do I suggest that my goodly “jewish people” stop celebrating Christmas? No, I believe you need reminding of your enslavement to the anti-Christ and loss of freedoms. It should be a day dedicated to regaining your Constitutional rights as free people and the “gifts” become--again--a meaning of love, sharing and joy. God has been already lost to the celebration so you may as well enjoy the pretty tinsel and lights, friendship renewals, and thus utilize this period of experience as a time of “remembering” and “awakening” while you STOP THE DREAMING OF SUGARPLUMS AND FLUFFY CLOUDS. USE IT AS A TIME TO RECLAIM YOUR SALVATION OF YOUR FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND RELIGIOUS PRACTICES ALONG WITH YOUR OTHER “RIGHTS” UNDER PROMISE OF THAT CONSTITUTION.

THIS "CHRISTMAS SEASON" IS JUST ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY FOR PREDOMINANTLY, ZIONISTS, TO GET YOU INTO THEIR MARKETS AND SEPARATE YOU FROM YOUR ASSETS. NOTICE WHO OWNS EVERYTHING, ESPECIALLY THE MAJOR DEPARTMENT STORES.

Of course it is fine if you go with "tradition" and trappings of the "season" for you are reminded therein of the love and fellowship which it once represented. Why do you think cards are measured by the snow scenes and the old-time gathering of family, etc? Because man longs for his heritage. Note, however, that Jerusalem and Bethlehem are not exactly the Currier and Ives picture of winter-wonderland and sledding scapes. And from what race do you suppose comes Currier and Ives? Ah Ha!!

Oh, you just send cards for the "annual contact"? Then why don't you send a note in the middle of the year if you love those receivers so much? Well, you "just don't love them THAT much"? I see. Do you see how easily a lie becomes a habit? How could "shepherds from afar" follow a star? How did they know where to go? Do you ever feel "silly"? So be it.

As to that which is perceived as "bad"--look more care­fully than that and check your perceptions and also the TRUTH of the circumstance. Look and see if YOU might well have al­lowed or even "arranged" the happening. If it touches you at all then YOU AS WELL AS OTHERS--HAVE INFINITE IM­PACT. You may well not be able to control all actions but you CAN decide, totally--HOW YOU WILL PERCEIVE EACH AND EVERY ACTION. Walk alone? Never, for there is no way to walk alone--even if you would be the LAST of your species on the planet--you would not be "alone". There is a destiny that makes us brothers; None goes his way alone; All that we send into the lives of others--Comes back into our own. "

I suggest reading chapter 12, the first part which covers the above quote by anyone who had relatives or friends stationed there later during the bigger "peace keeping " operation as I did. Mine never knew the truth. They don't tell it to the soldiers. This piece is from before our "peace keeping mission", posted in 1993, One of mine was with those first troops to cross the swollen river, Sava, I was of course glued to that on TV for that reason. And until one of mine was being prepared to go there, I was not much aware of anything going on there.

Very important information these last days to consider as these will guide you to connect with your inner self and commune with God. Don't put it aside just because you don't understand or not sure who wrote it. The truth is what is important and not who wrote what.

Let us consider the purpose of life is to reach the topmost pinnacle of human enfoldment. The topmost pinnacle-beyond which no man can go--is the illumination into Cosmic Consciousness and the Consciousness of Christ. We, therefore, are going to help every seeker by efforting to illumine the path to that supreme goal, so that he can become aware of his own Immortal Divine SELF. It is not enough to explain the workings of the universe, the flow of electricity and God-through-manifestation. You must be given insight as to HOW to touch and use that which is within that you can find your own TRUTH.

The Divine Spark of that Light lies dormant in every human being. As long as that Light lies dormant, one is aware only of one's mortal body which lives and dies and has physical desires one is forever satisfying. That awareness of physical existence last for many centuries after primitive man emerges from the jungle and before the dawn of his Consciousness begins to awaken a slight awareness of the Light of his Divine Power.

During that period, he is dominated by his body desires to such an extent that he thinks and believes that his body IS his Self. Out of millions os sensually-dominated humans, however, comes one who awakens that unquenchable divine spark which all inherit from God, and becomes somewhat extraordinary during his human experience for he is given to bear extraordinary knowledge and power. Let us just refer to these extraordinary personages as "geniuses" or "prodigy". This is the first step away from purely physical human toward the spiritual-Mind goal. Every genius prodigy has begun to develop God-awareness within and knows that he is MIND and not body.

All body-dominated human beings think outwardly through their senses. They can hear sounds with the ears of their bodies. They can see objects with physical eyes and record the memories of such sensations upon their brains.

Every genius thinks INWARDLY toward his Mind instead of outwardly toward his senses. The genius can hear sounds coming out of the silence with his inner ears. He can vision non-existent forms with his inner yes and he can feel the rhythms of God's thinking and His knowing-which are a blank slate to the man who believes he IS his body. When human rises to the exalted state of genius, he becomes a co-Creator with God. The beginning of creative expression in man is the first evidence of the unfolding Light of his genius, for no man who is purely sense-controlled can create. He can remember and repeat the records which he as imprinted upon his physical brain, but his brain has no knowledge. Therefore, he cannot create. Man can create only with his MIND--and the brain is NOT the mind. The brain is merely the seat os sensation and the electric recorder os sensation.

Humans must think outwardly through the senses in order to live and function in a sense-objective universe, but the genius--who thinks inwardly toward the Light of his Self-can vision or imagine that which spiritually exists and can then think outwardly through his senses and cause his mentally-visioned image to exist physically. That is what Creation is--and what the genius-creator does.

TRANSFORM THOUGHT

So, what is our first task if we are to accomplish enlightenment? It is to teach you HOW to transfor your thinkin so that the wondrous genius within you will appear and intensify to that high state which transform and transmutes you into the next stage of spiritual unfoldment.

Each step upward toward the Light is a glorious one, for it becomes ever nearer and is worth the effort of its attainment--while each step the other way toward the dark is ignominious and fraught with cosmic frustration which may take many experiences to overcome. Hence it is that you MUST go forward to attain the glory, and these lessons are for the purpose of giving you the knowledge which will make it possible for you to go forward toward the Light to any extent that you desire without limitation--FOR MAN'S LIMITATIONS ARE SET BY HIMSELF.

Cosmic knowledge can be share with others who desire to attain it but only those who have attained can "give" it unto another. Of course, the "other", must accept the gift lest it be worthless. God has given the rarest of all gifts to some of you for the purpose of regenerating this decadent age by bringing the Cosmic Age into existence through those higher beings of earth who are ready to receive such knowledge. To all who reach toward the Light, the gift is offered. The knowledge of God's way are brought forth, likewise the processes and laws governing the construction of matter and electric motion so that other man may, likewise, know how God builds His universe and detroys it in eternally repeated life-death cycles--and also knowled of how the creator divides His light-waves of thinking into balanced male-female pairs of sexed opposites to continue the building of His sexed-electric universe.

CIVILIZATION WILL SURVIVE AND GROW TOWARD THE LIGHT ONLY IN THE MEASURE IN WHICH MANKIND KNOWS THE LIGHT--that means a lot of tedious lessons to be learned and practiced. So, we are come to increase the measure of your knowing in order that you may become consciously aware of your Source to such an extent that you can knowingly say, "I and my Father are ONE,: and have full comprehension of its profound meaning. If you have already gleaned FULL COMPREHENSION OF TRUTH FROM THE JOURNAL ON "LIGHT" THEN YOU MAY FIND THIS BORING--I SUGGEST, HOWEVER, THAT IF YOU PERCEIVE IT SUCH--YOU HAVE NOT NEARLY LEARNED YOUR LESSONS!

So much foolishness has been tossed about in mystical aspect that even I hesitate to utilize some of the terms of the so-called "modern new-age" concept. The oldes communion known between God and Man is through "meditation" and yet, you have all but destroyed the beauty of the meaning of the communion through your misuse and implicit toying and game playing. That is always the thrust of the adversary to draw you from your Lighted Path via disappointment and lack of success in communion. If you fail, you will discount the next who comes and offers information by the same label. So be it--all we can do is offer the cup unto you and if you drink not, so be it.

The connection to God is INSTANT--the perception of the connection is elusive. We shall ponder together and see if we can open some of those short-circuited communication lines. You work so hard at that which you think you need to do to make contact--that you actually miss the contact. First, you must KNOW that which you are efforting to accomplish--not simply play a game at "location", "dress",
"food intake", etc., for all of these things are of the physical senses and have naught to do with the Mind-thought of God. There are physical sensual methods to assist in "focus" of energy--but that is the only connection of ritual--only as a focus of thought-energy.
